National Security Technologies (NSTec) is the manager and operator of the Nevada Test Site for the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office. NSTec was awarded the five-year, $500 million contract in 2006. NSTec is responsible for managing and operating the test site and satellite facilities in North Las Vegas, Nevada; Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada; Andrews Air Force Base, Washington, D.C.; Los Alamos; Livermore and Santa Barbara, Calif. NSTec is a joint venture of Northrop Grumman, AECOM, CH2M Hill, and Nuclear Fuel Services.
