The Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM) is a nonprofit organization established in 2005 by two international health consultancy organizations: JSI Research & Training Institute and Management Sciences for Health. PFSCM draws on the capabilities and experience of several member organizations (including Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, and UPS Supply Chain Solutions) to provide procurement, freight forwarding, warehousing, and technical assistance services. PFSCM manages two major projects designed to reduce the worldwide impact of HIV/AIDS, malaria, and tuberculosis: Supply Chain Management System and The Global Fund – Pooled Procurement Mechanism, previously known as Voluntary Pooled Procurement. PFSCM also implements several smaller procurement contracts for donors, local governments, and global development agencies.
