Wastewater Discharge

The Florida Department of Environmental Protection fined Lockheed Martin for violations occurring when approximately 5,000 gallons of untreated wastewater was released from a pump and treat facility on the west coast of Florida in August 2008. The incident occurred when Lockheed was cleaning up groundwater contamination on the site of a former nuclear weapon production facility.
