Genocide Victims of Krajina v. L-3 Communications

A class action brought by ethnic Serbians accuses L-3 Communications’ MPRI (Military Professional Resources, Inc.) unit of training and equipping Croatian forces for an August 1995 offensive carried out against a civilian population of Serbs residing in the Krajina region of Croatia. Plaintiffs allege that MPRI, which was acquired by L-3 in June 2000, is liable for complicity in genocide, and they seek $10.4 billion in damages.
