EEOC v. AT&T (Age Discrimination)

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) filed an age-discrimination lawsuit against AT&T. The EEOC claims AT&T discriminated against older former employees by refusing to rehire them solely because they retired under early retirement plans.
