Illegal Distribution of Prescription Drugs

U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) and FBI agents arrested dozens of employees and former employees of Boeing at its Ridley Park, Pennsylvania military aircraft manufacturing plant and charged them with the illegal distribution of prescription drugs including fentanyl (“Actiq”), oxycodone (“Oxycontin”), alprazolam (“Xanax”), and buprenorphine (“Suboxone). Boeing officials brought their suspicions of drug activity to federal law enforcement and have cooperated fully with the investigation.
