Bond v. Boeing (Whistleblower Retaliation)

Former Boeing employee Jennifer Bond claims that she was fired in retaliation for reporting suspected violations of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX). Bond raised concerns in 2009 and 2010 of lack of internal controls, improper attempts to subvert existing internal controls (including falsifying documents), and other staffing and process complaints.
