Paige et al. v. BAE Systems (False Claims, Bid Rigging, Retaliation)

Former BAE Systems employees Matt Paige and James Gammon filed a False Claims Act/RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) lawsuit alleging the company overbilled the government and engaged in bid rigging on Tank Automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) contracts with the U.S. Army in 2008 and 2009. They claim the company falsified time sheets and received inside information while bidding on TACOM contracts. Paige and Gammon also allege whistleblower retaliation and harassment.
