Allison v. Boeing, et al. (Airplane Crash)

The widower of one of the 153 people aboard a Boeing MD-83 aircraft that crashed in Lagos, Nigeria in June 2012 filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Boeing and United Technologies, whose Pratt & Whitney Canada unit manufactured the aircraft’s engines. David Chukwunonso Allison alleges the crash was caused by defects in the design or manufacture of the aircraft or its engines, and/or pilot negligence.
