Tommey v. Computer Sciences Corp. (Overtime Wages Class Action)

A class action lawsuit alleges Computer Sciences Corporation violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) by failing to pay overtime wages to employees at offices throughout the country. (Named plaintiff Jennifer Tommey worked as an Account Services Assistant at CSC’s office in Overland Park, Kansas.) Plaintiffs allege the company required employees to arrive prior to the start of their shift to perform work and to stay late after each shift to perform work but failed to pay them for this time.
