Allen, et al. v. Boeing, et al. (Auburn, WA Groundwater Pollution)

Residents of King County, Washington, sued Boeing over the contamination of the groundwater around Boeing’s aircraft manufacturing facility in Auburn. From the 1960s to the 1990s, Boeing used solvents containing hazardous chemicals at the facility. The plaintiffs allege that they incurred property damage as a result of the chemicals leaking into the groundwater. They also allege that Boeing negligently handled the cleanup effort.
