Marth v. Lockheed Martin (Disability Discrimination, Constructive Discharge)

Daniel Marth, a former software engineer at Lockheed Martin, claims the company violated his rights under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act. Marth took a two-week medical leave of absence from his job. When he returned, he claims the company put him on a work schedule that contravened his doctor’s orders and then retaliated against him when he complained.
