Ohio Drug Prices Lawsuit

McKesson agreed to pay Ohio $18.3 million to settle allegations that the company reported fraudulently inflated average wholesale prices for hundreds of brand-name drugs prescribed to beneficiaries of the Ohio Public Employees Retirement System, the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, and the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation.
