Int’l Brotherhood of Teamsters, Local 79 v. McKesson (Unfair Labor Practices)

A National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) administrative law judge ruled that McKesson engaged in an unlawful plot to solicit employees in Lakeland, Florida to sign a petition to decertify their union, the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, and that McKesson unlawfully fired two employees because of their union activities. The judge also ruled that McKesson made a unilateral change in a term or condition of employment, a mandatory subject of bargaining, without first notifying and bargaining with the union. The judge ordered McKesson to reinstate and provide back pay to both fired employees.
