Ineligible Meal Expenses

Raytheon agreed to pay $350,000 to resolve allegations that it charged the Department of Defense for meal expenses that were ineligible for reimbursement. Specifically, the government alleged that, from 2007 to 2009, Raytheon submitted overhead expenses for group meals, business group meals, and group meals at conference events that were ineligible for reimbursement under the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
