Toxic Substances Control Act Violation (PCBs – 2005)

The EPA imposed a penalty on Lockheed Martin for violating the Toxic Substances Control Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 2601, et. seq., by having elevated levels of Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs) present in its Akron Airdock facility.
