Woods, et al. v. Boeing (Contaminated Cabin Air)

Plaintiff flight attendants claim they were exposed to hazardous fumes on a model 737-890 Boeing commercial aircraft in July 2013. They claim that the cabin air in this particular aircraft model is “bled” off the airplane’s engines and becomes contaminated with heated jet engine oil and its toxic byproducts. The plaintiffs claim their exposure caused them to suffer a variety of short-term and long-term health problems.
