Bisht, et al. v. Boeing (Investor Class-Action Lawsuit)

A class-action lawsuit was filed against Boeing on behalf of purchasers of Boeing securities between February 2012 and February 2016. The lawsuit alleges the company and its executives violated federal securities laws by making false and misleading statements regarding Boeing’s use of program accounting for the 787 Dreamliner and 747 aircraft.
