Forsyth, et al. v. Hewlett-Packard (Age Discrimination)

Former Hewlett-Packard employees in their 50s and 60s accuse HP of violating the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and California law in a series of workforce reductions beginning in 2012. The plaintiffs claim HP intentionally discriminated against older employees by targeting them for termination and systematically replacing them with younger employees.
