Bethpage Groundwater Contamination Class Action

A class action lawsuit was filed against Northrop Grumman on behalf of fifteen Bethpage, New York, residents claiming to have been injured by a toxic plume emanating from Northrop facilities. The lawsuit alleges that, for the past sixty years, Northrop has caused the release of numerous toxic contaminants into the ground at the location formerly known as the Grumman Aerospace-Bethpage Facility Site. The lawsuit seeks $500 million in damages for personal injury and property damage claims, as well as punitive damages.
