City of Birmingham v. AmerisourceBergen, et al. (Prescription Opioid Epidemic)

The City of Birmingham, Alabama, sued Cardinal Health, AmerisourceBergen, and McKesson alleging they unlawfully sold millions of prescription opioids into the City of Birmingham, Alabama, which resulted in the foreseeable, widespread diversion of opioids into the illicit market and created a serious public health and safety crisis.
