Violations of Louisiana Environmental Quality Act

On April 1, 2005, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality issued a penalty agreement for violations of the state’s Environmental Quality Act. These violations included failure to submit reports by specified deadlines. Lockheed agreed to a settlement, without admission of liability, in the amount of $4,500, $3,000 of which will go towards beneficial environmental projects.
