Gibson, et al. v. Shaw Group Inc, et al. (Racial Discrimination)

Three former employees of Shaw subsidiary Shaw Process Fabricators, Inc. filed a lawsuit in federal court in Louisiana alleging racial discrimination. In August 2001, the parties agreed to settle this case and a similar case involving another plaintiff pending in state court for an undisclosed amount.
