Phillips and Jordan is a general and specialty construction contractor. Over the years, P&J has won substantial contracts from the federal government, playing a key role in the cleanup and rebuilding work in the aftermath of Hurricanes Andrew and Katrina and the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center.
