Hughes v. FedEx (FedEx Truck Accident)

A Texas federal jury ordered FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. to pay $2 million to James Hughes, who was injured in an accident with a FedEx delivery truck in Ore City, Texas in December 2006. The jury found that the accident was caused by the negligence of the FedEx driver.
