Mendenhall v. DynCorp (USERRA lawsuit)

Wayne Mendenhall III and Jay Middleton, who worked for DynCorp International as personal security specialists, filed a lawsuit alleging the company refused to give them back their jobs after they returned from National Guard duty in Afghanistan. They claim that when they came back after their deployment ended the following year, DynCorp refused to re-employ them in violation of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).
