Grace v. DRS Sensors & Targeting Systems (Racial Discrimination)

Dennis Grace and Clay Johnson, employees of DRS Sensors & Targeting Systems, Inc., claimed they were subjected to disparate treatment, severe and pervasive harassment and a hostile working environment because of their race. The lawsuit was settled for an undisclosed amount in September 2009.
