McKee v. AT&T (Washington Class Action)

AT&T long distance customers in Washington State filed a class action lawsuit alleging that AT&T charged excessive late fees and municipal utility taxes despite that fact that they do not live in a municipality. The lawsuit settled in 2012 for $450,000.
