Unsafe Delivery Trucks (New York Investigation)

United Parcel Service paid $1.3 million to settle allegations that it knowingly used package delivery trucks in “serious disrepair.” An investigation by the New York Attorney General found that UPS allowed dozens of trucks with cracked or rotted frames to remain in service.
