Overtime Compensation Lawsuits

Several lawsuits filed by thousands of current and former AT&T employees seek overtime compensation allegedly owed by AT&T. They allege AT&T wrongly categorized certain employees to exempt them from overtime wage laws and required them to work extra hours without compensating them. The lawsuits seek a total of $1 billion in damages and back pay.
