The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) claims that AmerisourceBergen violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA) when it rejected a qualified applicant for a telecom manager position at its Chesterbook, Pennsylvania facility.
