Takagi v. United Airlines (Labor Law Violations)

United Airlines paid nearly $1 million to more than 4,200 current and former flight attendants to settle claims that the company’s wage payment procedures violated California labor law. The plaintiffs claimed United did not pay flight attendants in a timely manner and did not provide a clear, itemized breakdown of pay and deductions.
