False Claims on Army CECOM Contract

Computer Sciences Corporation agreed to pay $1.1 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations that it falsified the qualifications of its employees in order to overcharge the U.S. Army Communication Electronics Command (CECOM) for labor costs. The settlement resolved allegations that, from January 2008 to January 2012, CSC submitted false resumes for employees to qualify them for higher paying positions.
