Eixenberger, et al. v. CCA (Dangerous Conditions at Idaho CC)

Current and former employees of the Idaho Correctional Center filed a lawsuit against facility operator Corrections Corporation of America alleging the company’s negligence and gross recklessness has created an unreasonably dangerous work environment. The plaintiffs contend that they sustained severe emotional distress and physical injuries on the job because they were provided inadequate equipment and training.
