Weathers v. FedEx (Religious Discrimination)

Eric Weathers, an evangelical Christian, claimed his supervisors at FedEx did not reasonably accommodate his religious beliefs as required by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 by barring him from discussing religious matters with his co-workers and by demoting him. The parties settled the case out of court.
