California and Oregon Driver Misclassification

Former FedEx Ground Package System delivery drivers in California (between 2000 and 2007) and Oregon (between 1999 and 2009) asserted claims for employment expenses and unpaid wages alleging that FedEx had improperly classified them as independent contractors rather than employees.
