Crawford, et al. v. Newport News Industrial Corp. (Racial Discrimination)

Dozens of current and former employees of Newport News Industrial Corporation (a subsidiary of Huntington Ingalls Industries) claim they were subjected to a racially hostile work environment and were denied promotions and raises because they are African-American. The lawsuit also alleges gender discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
