Iusacell v. IBM (Contract Fraud)

Mexican mobile phone company Iusacell SA de CV accuses IBM of making fraudulent representations that caused $2.5 billion in damages. Iusacell claims that IBM fraudulently induced it to enter into a contract in 2010, and that IBM knowingly misrepresented and wrongfully concealed from Iusacell material facts both before and during the contractual relationship.
