Poli v. Jacobs Engineering Group (SOX Whistleblower Retaliation)

Kenneth Poli filed a complaint with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) alleging that his employer, Jacobs Engineering Group, violated the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) when it subjected him to harassment, placed him on extended leave, and terminated his employment after he reported issues with the billing practices of various subcontractors.
