Kingston, TN Superfund Site Cleanup Class Action

A class-action lawsuit accuses Jacobs Engineering Group of knowingly exposing workers to toxic chemicals at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) KIF Superfund cleanup site in Kingston, Tennessee. The plaintiffs attribute their health problems to exposure to various hazardous substances at the site, including arsenic, mercury, asbestos, lead, and silica.
