Menkes, et al. v. Prudential Insurance Co., et al. (Consumer Fraud)

Alexander Menkes and Stephen Wolfe filed a federal class-action lawsuit against Prudential Insurance Company and defense contractors QinetiQ North America and Westar Aerospace & Defense Group (a subsidiary of QinetiQ). Menkes and Wolfe, who worked for Westar in Iraq, claim the defendants engaged in deceptive and unconscionable practices by selling them disability and life insurance policies under which they were denied coverage for injuries sustained in a war zone.
