Labor Mischarging on Army Contracts in Kuwait

DRS Technical Services agreed to pay $1 million to settle False Claims Act allegations that its employees engaged in labor mischarging resulting in a loss to the U.S. government of $544,000. The allegations involved three U.S. Army contracts DRS was working on in Kuwait. Fifteen DRS employees were allegedly directed to record more time for labor hours than they actually worked.
