Failing to Cooperate With HIV/AIDS Discrimination Investigation

The Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (FOIR) fined Humana Medical Plan $500,000 (plus $3,000 in administrative costs) for failing to cooperate with an investigation into claims that the company discriminated against people with HIV and AIDS.
