Niantic River Bridge Contract Overbilling

URS Corporation AES entered into a civil settlement agreement with the federal government in which it agreed to pay $580,000 to resolve False Claims Act allegations. The government alleged that URS overbilled employee labor rates on the Niantic River rail bridge reconstruction project contract.
