Anchorage Port Expansion Lawsuit

CH2M Hill Alaska paid the city of Anchorage, Alaska, $1.5 million to settle a lawsuit over a failed port expansion project. CH2M Hill was sued because in 2007 it acquired Veco Corporation, one of the contractors that worked on the project.
