Alford, et al. v. Chevron USA, et al. (Plaquemines Parish Property Damage)

A group of property owners in Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana claimed property damage and contamination caused by the oil and gas exploration and production activities of BP, Chevron, Exxon Mobil, and other companies dating back to the 1950s. In November 2017, Exxon Mobil and Chevron agreed to pay an undisclosed amount to settle the case.
