Underpayment of Wages at Battle Command Training Center, Fort Bragg, NC

The Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division (WHD) found General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) violated the McNamara O’Hara Service Contract Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act at the U.S. Army’s Battle Command Training Center at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, between April 2008 and April 2010. WHD found GDIT failed to pay employees the applicable prevailing minimum wage, overtime, and fringe benefits, and owed a total of $194,009 in back wages.
