Marshall v. Boeing (Racial Discrimination and Harassment)

Roderick Marshall alleged he was subjected to a racially hostile work environment at Boeing’s facility in El Segundo, California, that included harassment and discriminatory hiring and promotion practices. A jury found in favor of Marshall and awarded him $350,000 in damages. (On the specific claim of negligent hiring, supervision or retention, the jury found Marshall 20% responsible.)
