Unauthorized Chemical Discharge (Virginia)

On October 4, 2002, the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality issued a consent order stating that Honeywell voluntarily agreed to pay $47,280 to settle alleged environmental violations. These included several 2000 unauthorized discharges and a chemical spill in 2001.
