Americans With Disabilities Act Violations

The University of Chicago entered a settlement agreement with the Department of Justice after it was determined that aspects of the campus were in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. The university agreed to make the changes needed to make the campus more accessible to individuals with disabilities.
